My name is Erin Link, and I
am a licensed psychotherapist. I am licensed in the state of
California, MFC#46385. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology,
and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in
Marriage & Family Therapy. I have approximately five years of
clinical experience; I specialize in treating families with
adolescents and the unique challenges they face.
I have dedicated my work and
practice to assisting individuals and families who are struggling
with difficult life transitions (such as career choices,
relationships and marriage, parenting, etc) and psychosocial
stressors (such as divorce, financial crisis, children with
emotional and behavioral problems, etc).
I believe every person has
the strength and capability to achieve anything they put their mind
to. Sometimes life gets overwhelming and we lose sight of our own
abilities and strengths. I will work with you to help find out what
you want to accomplish and how you can get there.
I utilize a combination of
empathic, insight-oriented therapy as well as psychoeducation and
skills training to help clients express emotions and needs while
learning effective coping skills.
